Emilio Cubero is the founder and CEO of the PWR-On Group, a leading provider of management consulting, VDC technology, and prefabrication services for the electrical contractor and AEC industry, specializing in large, complex projects. Under his leadership, PWR-On Group has been at the forefront of transforming electrical contractors’ use of technology, off-site manufacturing, and management practices to optimize project delivery.
With over 30 years of experience, Emilio has held numerous senior executive leadership positions across multiple industries. Prior to founding PWR-On Group and its family of companies, he oversaw Latin American operations for the largest ERP software company in the region, which also had its origins in the AEC industry. He had P&L responsibility and managed all lines of business, including software licensing, consulting services, regional software development, and support.
His experience in leading large-scale operations was built on a strong foundation that began at IBM, where he held roles in business development and international account management. Additionally, Emilio spent over a decade as a developer and design-builder of ultra-high-end homes in South Florida, gaining hands-on industry expertise and an understanding of the complex demands of the luxury residential market.
As CEO of PWR-On Group, Emilio is uniquely positioned to leverage his diverse background in technology, management consulting, advanced manufacturing, and design-build delivering unprecedented value to the electrical contractor and AEC industry.
